Kinoapp is an app in which the user can search and buy movie tickets, based on their favorite genres and location.

The app is simple, and the filter-based search allows users to find movies that are related to their tastes, such as their favorite actor or proximity to their location at the time of use.

Meet the product

Onboarding

The onboarding process provides users with an introduction to the app allows them to set their preferences, so as to make the experience unique.

After defining the structure using wireframes, I moved on to the detailed UI design of the interface, creating a design system and defining the specific interactions. Drag the slider below to see the transition in real time.

After selecting the movie and theater the user can choose date, time and seats in one screen. By tapping on the name of the theater the user will access the map to obtain informations related to the current position and directions.

The user can slect and update different payment methods after choosing the date and the theates.

Once made, the user will be informed of the outcome of the transaction.

At the end of the payment process, the purchased tickets will be available in digital format in the dedicated ticket section.
